1. Schedule a date for our dental team to visit your facility.

2. Prior to your visit date we send you all the necessary forms.

3. Collect all of the completed forms and return them to us by the day of visit.  

4. On the scheduled day, the dental team transports the mobile dentist office and provides top-notch dental care.

5. Every patient seen gets a complete dental assessment and treatment plan for comprehensive dental care for follow up visits.
